Hi there - my name is Susan and I am your local State Farm Agent right here in Newburgh, NY! Born and raised in Northern NJ, I have always been passionate about helping others and State Farm is the perfect place to carry out my mission. I joined State Farm in 1989 as a Life Insurance supervisor. In 1997, we (my husband and two beautiful daughters) moved to Orange County, NY where I became an Agent in the Newburgh area. With over 35 years of experience in helping my community find the right coverage to protect what matters most, my goal is always to provide excellent service.

When my customers interact with me and my team members (Sheryl, Flor, Donnita, Ary, and Michela), I want them to recognize our friendly faces and willingness to help them, just like a good neighbor would. Altogether we have over 105 years of experience in protecting you and your family from the unforeseen. We are here to serve the community and our customers in person, over the phone, by text and by email. We even have a Spanish speaking team in house to better serve our customers.

Aside from being a small business owner, I volunteer at local Valley Central High School to teach the Driving Awareness Class. My own daughters attended this school and I have been in the shoes of a parent watching their child drive for the first time. I work to teach high school students the benefits of driving safely and brief them on crucial insurance knowledge. When I'm not in the office, I love to be with my family camping in Upstate NY. I also have a sweet rescue Yorkie/ Chihuahua pup named Rita! Rita likes to accompany me in the kitchen where I create baked goods from scratch and make home-cooked meals for my loved ones.
